    HOW TO USE IT

    GIGI’S RITUAL

    “I love using our face brush in the morning after cleansing. The gentle exfoliation helps my skincare products absorb better, and because it’s chemical-free you can use it while pregnant or nursing.”

    1. Stimulate & awaken using your fingertips to gently massage the lymph nodes in your neck. This step prepares your lymph nodes to receive and dispose of the fluid we’ll be moving. Practice diaphragmatic breathing (i.e. deep belly breathing) as you massage and do 5-10 strokes on each area.
    2. Now that you’ve “awakened” your lymph nodes, you’re ready for your  facial dry brushing ritual. Start with completely dry skin, before a bath or shower, and always brush in soft rhythmic strokes to move fluid toward your lymph nodes. Aim for 5-10 strokes per area. Read the full guide here.
    3. We recommend cleaning your brush weekly with non-toxic soap, then letting it dry thoroughly.

    my favorite face tool

    love my facial dry brush and cannot go a day without it ! it has become my first step every morning. i’ve noticed such a difference in my skin since using….clearer, brighter, smoother and glowing skin !
