Superfood Highlight: Spirulina & Chlorophyll

Happy World Health Day, my natural beauties! There is no better way to celebrate our health today than with a superpowered adaptogenic smoothie. Adaptogens are plants & herbs that help our body adjust to our surroundings, & adding phytoplankton to my morning blends is one of my favorite ways to support my health before starting my day.
The most common phytoplankton benefits consumed by humans come in the form of Spirulina & Chlorophyll concentrate. These phytoplanktons stem from Chlorophyll rich marine algae, which effectively boost energy within the body & detox the bloodstream. I like to pick mine up locally from farmer's markets or local health food stores, but you can also easily find this on the internet almost anywhere!
