March is my favorite month of the year — it begins with the joy of celebrating my daughter’s birthday and flows into a season of transition and renewal as we welcome Spring. It’s the perfect moment to refresh our rituals and reset our routines to align with longer days and shifting energy. The sun is out, the temperatures are rising… and my visor is officially back in rotation.
This time of year, I focus on keeping my skin hydrated, nourished, and sculpted (summer’s just around the corner!). I also dial up the rhythm of my workouts — adding more cardio and heavier weights — and stay naturally hydrated with my favorite electrolytes throughout.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been pouring so much love and energy into new product launches coming very soon (eyes emoji)— and getting everything ready for Cuerpo y Alma.
