Coconut Yogurt & Berry Reduction
Ingredients
- Food for Life Baking GF Almond Bread
- GTS Kombucha coconut yogurt
- blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries
Directions
- Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.
- Add strawberries, blueberries and blackberries in a sauce pan and mix with 1 oz of water. Simmer in low heat for 10 min or until desired consistency.
- Spread coconut yogurt on top of your toast, add the berry reduction, and top with small cubes of kiwi.
Hummus & Arugula
Ingredients
- Food for Life Baking GF Almond Bread
- Fresh made hummus (see our recipe)
- Arugula
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Paprika
Directions
- Toast your slice of bread until golden and firm.
- Spread hummus on top of your toast.
- I recommend a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and paprika to taste.
- Top with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes.
Classic Avocado
Ingredients
- Food for Life Baking GF Almond Bread
- 1/2 Avocado
- Pickled red onions (see our recipe)
- Red pepper flakes
Directions
- Toast your slice of bread until gold and firm.
- Remove the pit from your avocado. Use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh. In a separate bowl, mash it up with a fork as smooth as you like it. Mix in a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, and a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- Top with red pepper flakes and pickled onions.
Almond Butter and Coconut Flakes
Ingredients
- Food for Life Baking GF Raisin Bread
- Justin’s almond butter
- Kiwis and blackberries
- Unsweetened Coconut flakes
Directions
- Toast your slice of bread until gold and firm.
- Spread almond a thick layer of almond butter on your toast.
- Top with coconut flakes, kiwi, and blackberries.
