- 1 Cup of Spinach
- 1 Banana (Frozen or Fresh)
- 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
- 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Spirulina
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of your ingredients into a Vitamix-like blender. Blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit, add ice to achieve desired temperature.
