After 11 years in this wellness journey, rest assured that I've tried almost every diet—raw vegan, keto carnivore, paleo, vegetarian, and pescatarian to name a few. To conclude that the best and most cost-efficient approach for optimal health is to stick mostly to whole, nutrient dense foods and limit processed foods as much as possible.
