For World Pasta Day I wanted to share with you guys a recipe of a dish I craved often during my pregnancy. It may not fit the narrow window of “healthy” as it contains ingredients that I try to avoid in my day-to-day diet, but for me, it carries a different type of healthy ingredients.
I believe there is something very healthy about satisfying your sporadic cravings and enjoying them to the fullest. Dropping labels and restrictions and simply enjoying a delicious place of pasta surrounded by people you love. You see, sometimes food has the ability to take you to a moment, a time, or a place where you really loved life and it can be easily recreated with just one bite.
I invite you to recreate, enjoy and share one of my favorite pasta dishes of all time.
